Tired of feeling misunderstood—or like the bad guy—when you ask for help?

Here’s the truth: most men don’t want a counselor who talks down to them, uses a bunch of “therapy speak,” or makes them feel like a villain.

Maybe you’ve tried counseling with a female therapist and left feeling unheard or misunderstood. Or maybe you just know that sitting on a couch in front of someone in a three-piece suit isn’t your style.

I get it. I’m not that guy.

I’m a regular man with a pot belly and a bald head who has lived through plenty of mistakes—including a painful divorce. I know what it feels like to be in counseling and feel like the deck is stacked against you. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create a space where men can work through their struggles without feeling judged or talked down to.

Counseling that respects how men actually deal with life

Most of the men I work with want one of three things:

  • To be a better man before they get married or have kids

  • To figure out why they keep hearing “you’ve got issues” or “you don’t know how to talk about your feelings” from their partner

  • To get control over bad habits or addictions before they destroy something important

“A man who buries his pain alive is gonna watch it crawl out one day.”

In our sessions, we’ll keep it real and simple. We’ll figure out what’s holding you back and work on smart, practical solutions that make life better—for you and the people you care about.

Counseling can help you:

  • Get clear on what’s really bothering you (without overcomplicating it)

  • Improve relationships without feeling like you’re being “fixed”

  • Learn how to talk about feelings in a way that doesn’t feel awkward

  • Build confidence and self-respect

  • Kick harmful habits or addictions before they get worse

You don’t have to carry all this on your own.

It’s possible to get help without being lectured, blamed, or made to feel “less than.” It’s possible to figure out how to handle stress and relationships better while still being the man you are.
